SÍTIO DAS ROLAS, adjacent to SALGADINHO, is a panorama property with extensive outdoor space including lawn and garden areas and a minigolf course (inauguration rescheduled to September 2022). The three houses with individual decoration and modern amenities provide comfortable accommodation and space in a natural setting with a fantastic view. Each house has private outdoor space, the two larger ones also a conservatory apart from the terraces. Although independent, the houses may be linked together to provide accommodation for up to 15-20 persons.

The ample view over the land­scape with sunset over the ocean and the stary sky at night create a feeling of endlessness. The sun terrace of the illuminated swimming pool with diving depth is a gathering point also at night. The pine forest invites with shady paths and picnic spots with sea view.

 CANTO  DO  SOL

The corner house is a bright and cozy accommodation with garden and sea view, ideal for a couple alone or with 1-2 children, for 3 or 4 friends who do not mind sharing a kingsize bed, and for singles who like a lot of space. A special feature in the CANTO DO SOL is the large bathroom with hydromassage tub and great view to the private garden and the pool.

The house offers from inside and, of course, from the conservatory and on the private garden terrace an ample view over the landscape and down to the ocean where the sun sets.

CASA  ALECRIM

This homely house is the largest of the three accommodations with three bedrooms. It has all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, and space enough to be comfortable for a family with 2-4 children, for 2 or 3 couples,  or  for a group of friends.

In CASA ALECRIM the sunset over the ocean can be enjoyed not only from the conservatory and the sun terrace in front of the living room, but from all rooms and even when cooking. The large conservatory is, in fact, another living room with additional dining table and a cozy retreat corner.

SOBREIRINHO

This spacious house with four terraces is ideal for a family with 2-4 children, 2 or 3 couples, or 2 couples with 1-2 children, as long as 1-3 persons sleep on the comfortable sofa-beds in the living room, or for a group of friends.

The corner bedroom with two adjacent terraces and the roof terrace in the SOBREIRINHO offer a magnificient view including sunset panorama over the ocean, while the living room intrigues with morning sun and view to the star-twinkling sky at night.
